Return & Cancellation Policy

At JK Dream Living β a venture of JK Furniture and Mattresses β customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal in made-to-order and ready furniture items, we follow a transparent return and cancellation policy as outlined below:
π Return Policy
Eligible Returns:
Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defects
Return Window:
You must notify us of any issue within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp or phone at +91 94625 10456.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A clear photo or video proof must be provided to validate the issue.
- Our team will inspect the issue before approving the return or exchange.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Minor differences in color/finish due to natural wood grain or screen resolution
- Minor defects like small scratches or marks occurring during delivery
β Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
After 24 Hours:
After 24 hours, if the item is already in production or prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
After Shipping:
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
πΈ Refund Process
If eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund within 5β7 business days via the original payment method or UPI.
In case of return pick-up, refunds are processed after product verification.
π Exchange Policy
In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, we offer free replacement of the item (subject to availability).
