Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only within Jaipur city. Delivery is available across all localities in Jaipur.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders within Jaipur, regardless of the order amount.
Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on product availability and logistics.
Delivery & Installation
We use a combination of our in-house delivery team and trusted logistics partners. Free installation is provided for orders above Rs.10,000. For orders below Rs.10,000, installation service may not be included unless specified.
Order Confirmation & Updates
After you place an order, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address, preferred delivery timing, and availability. You will receive further updates about your order status through WhatsApp or phone call.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery time slots are scheduled based on our operational logistics. We confirm the delivery day and time in advance to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Failed Deliveries
We do not attempt delivery without first confirming timing and availability. If no one is available during the confirmed time, our team will contact you to reschedule the delivery at no additional cost.
Important Notes
Please ensure that the delivery path (stairs, doors, lifts) is suitable for moving large furniture items. If any specific access instructions are required, kindly inform our team in advance.
