    • We strive to ensure product details and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur, and we
      reserve the right to correct them.

    • Actual product colors and finishes may slightly vary due to photography, screen resolution, or
      natural materials.

    1. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

    • Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order via our supported payment methods:
      Paytm or PhonePe.

    • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

    1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

    • An order is confirmed only after you receive communication via WhatsApp or phone from our team.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to stock issues, payment
      verification failure, or fraudulent activity.

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Post that, cancellation may not be allowed.

    1. Shipping and Delivery

    • We currently deliver only within Jaipur city.

    • Delivery is typically completed within 7 to 15 business days after confirmation.

    • We offer free delivery, and for eligible orders above Rs.10,000, free installation is also provided.

    • You must be available at the agreed time and place to accept the delivery.

    1. Returns and Exchanges

    • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Wrong item received

    • Product damaged during delivery

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Minor defects are not eligible for return, but we may repair them at the place of delivery as a
      gesture of goodwill.

    1. Use of Website

    • You may not use this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

    • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the website or services
      without express written permission.
